• They are sometimes sold at prices significantly higher than the hotel's set room rate.

• Some sales are non-cancellable.

For the reasons stated above, for reservations made through certain overseas booking sites (such as Agoda), we ask that you contact the accommodation booking site you used to make the reservation. Even if you contact us, due to procedural reasons, we will not be able to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation (including prepayment by credit card). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation through an affiliated site that is contracted with FLEXWORK tawa.
