How to Check-in

FLEXWORK tawa has a self-check-in system. Please complete the procedure yourself using the tablet installed at the entrance of each room you have reserved.

Reservations made through reservation sites

When making a reservation through any travel booking site, please correctly register your email address and mobile phone number.

After you make a reservation, we will send you the reservation details and check-in code to your registered email address (or the message/chat function provided by each reservation site). We will send it to your mobile phone (SMS) if you do not have a registered email address.

Pre-check-in | Customer "My Page"

FLEXWORK tawa will send you a URL for your personal "My Page" 7 days before your stay. You can register for check-in in advance on this page, which will simplify the check-in process on the day.

You can also check in using the tablet on the day of your stay. Please note that depending on the reservation site you used, you may not receive a pre-check-in notification.

Check-in | On the day of your stay

Please check in using the tablet installed in your reserved accommodation (Building A, B, C). If you have pre-registered on the My Page, you can scan the QR code or use the check-in code to check-in.

Even if you do not have the QR code or check-in code, you can still check in by entering your name, phone number, and other information.

Check-in complete | Smart key issued

Please note down the displayed smart key (key number) and enter it into the smart lock installed at the entrance of your room to unlock the door.

The smart key (key number) is valid until 10:00am on the check-out date.

Press the center button (the button that looks like a Wi-Fi symbol)
Enter your smart key (key number)
Press 'E' to enter
The door will be unlocked

The door will be automatically locked (auto-lock). Please remember the smart key (key number) when you go out.
